Publication Ethics
Bromopedia: Journal of Biology Education Exploration is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. Authors, editors, reviewers, and all parties involved in the publication process are expected to adhere to ethical standards as outlined below.
1. Duties of Authors

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly cited. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.

Data Integrity: Authors must present accurate data and results. Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data is considered unethical.

Multiple Submissions: Manuscripts must not be submitted to more than one journal simultaneously.

Acknowledgement of Sources: Proper credit must be given to all sources of information and contributions.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.

Authorship: Only those who have made a significant contribution to the research and writing process should be listed as authors.
2. Duties of Editors

Fair Decision-Making: Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the manuscript's quality and relevance, regardless of the authors’ race, gender, religious belief, or institutional affiliation.

Confidentiality: Editors must ensure the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.

Handling Misconduct: Editors will take appropriate actions if ethical concerns are raised regarding a submitted or published paper, including retraction or correction when necessary.
3. Duties of Reviewers

Confidentiality: Reviewers must treat the manuscript as a confidential document.

Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively and constructively, avoiding personal criticism.

Acknowledgement of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.

Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must decline to review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.
4. Allegations of Misconduct
Bromopedia will investigate all allegations of research or publication misconduct. If misconduct is found, the journal will take appropriate actions such as retraction of the article, publication of a correction, or notification to the authors’ institution.
